Q: How Much Is Shipping?

All items for sale on this website are digital. No physical items will be shipped to you. You will be able to download your digital file purchase once your payment has been made and cleared.

Q: How Do I Access My Files?

You will be directed to your Account immediately after purchase, where you can download your files from the Download Link in the left hand menu. On the download page, the download button is displayed in purple. Click this and your download will start.

You will also receive an email receipt from us with the download link inside the email. If you haven’t received this email, please check you spam/junk folder as they occasionally end up in there

Q: How do I open the files?

Please make sure that you have unzipped or extracted the files from the ZIP folder that the files come in before trying to use them in your program or software. The files will not open in any program until they have been extracted from the compressed ZIP file.

To unzip or open a file, you will need an extraction program. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are on a iPhone or iPad, then you will need a free third party app to open ZIP files such as Winzip or iZip.

Q: There Wasn’t An SVG File In The Zip Folder?

All designs have an SVG file included. The svg sometimes adopts the icon of the browser that you download it from. All my SVG’s have the Microsoft Edge icon. I have no idea why this happens, but they work fine.

Please upload the SVG file with the browser icon to your software as you normally would, it should work just fine. You can also identify the SVG by the file name, which ends in .svg. If you still can’t access it, please contact me and I’ll email it right over.

Q: Can I Use These Files If I Don’t Have A Cutting Machine?

Yes, absolutely. You can use the PNG file for iron on transfers and printing onto paper. Please set your required print size on your printer before printing.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we do accept custom orders. Please contact us with your idea for the design to get started.

Q: Can I print your designs on t-shirts and sell them?

No problem at all, if you’d like to sell printed products using the designs in the shop, then you’ll need to purchase a Commercial License first, which there are a couple options for. There is the “Single Design Commercial License” for $9.99, which allows you to print and sell an individual design from the shop, and then there is also the “Unlimited Commercial License” for $299.99, which allows you to print and sell ANY of the designs in the shop without limitations.

If you purchase the Single Design Commercial License, please make sure to include in the “Notes” section during checkout which design you are purchasing the license for.

Q: Why can’t I see the letters in the design?

In some of the designs (i.e., Martin inspired designs), the words are there but they’re white (just like in the picture) with the intention of it being printed on a black shirt as that’s what most people requested. Depending on which program you are using, if you’d like you can select the text and change it to black.

How do I use the fonts?

For the fonts, if you’re using Cricut or Silhouette, then you’ll want to use the SVG format as that is most compatible. After you open your program, please select “New Project” and then “Upload” and then select the SVG file. Afterwards, you can begin to re-arrange the letters/numbers and small icons in order to create any word that you’d like.

If it helps, another option is you can unzip the folder called “Individual Letters,” which will have all of the letters as separate and individual SVG files. Then you can upload the individual letters that you need in order to create your words and then piece them together that way.

If you have any other questions, please send us an e-mail and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!
